Local soldier injured in Afghanistan

YAKIMA, Wash.-- Local soldier, Joshua Stahl was injured in Afghanistan.

Family members of the 22 year-old, Moxee native, tell us they found out early this morning that Stahl was struck by an improvised-explosive-device, or IED while on patrol in Afghanistan.

According to his relatives, he lost both of his legs and sustained other injuries in the attack. He remains in critical condition.
