What's the saying? Once a Coug always a Coug. A young boy watching World Cup soccer in Germany got some valuable practice as a WSU loyalist by what else – lifting his shirt.

How do we know he was a Washington State fan? Just look at the video of the fans' celebration after a goal by the United States' Alex Morgan. There he is in the center of the picture in a "WSU Cougars" shirt jumping up and down with the rest of the crowd.

And then it happened. The kid – with American flag waving in the background – bares all from the waist up. A friend tells SWX the boy had 'USA' written on his stomach, but it didn't show up on the TV cameras.

Well..... go Cougs!
