RICHLAND, Wash.--Kids help cancer patients by selling lemonade. Michelle Patrick, 13, and Dylan Doremus, 11, say they're inspired by one of their teachers who is battling cancer.
Dylan and Michelle of Richland are now helping others with the disease by raising donations through their own lemonade business.
Michelle Patrick says "we just started as a regular lemonade stand and we decided well why don't we do it for a good cause and it just took off."
All donations will go to the American Cancer Society.
The pair have raised about $400 so far and they will be selling all summer.
If you want to cool off with a beverage head to Manchester Street and Gala Way in Richland from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. next Monday and Tuesday.
