SELAH, Wash.-- A Selah girl is helping raise money for another child who has a rare form of cancer. The interesting part is they have never met.
Autumn Roberts is 12 years-old and she's baking and selling cupcakes for Taylor Love.
All of the proceeds go directly to the family of Love, a 6 year-old Virginia girl who is battling Neuroblastoma, a rare form of cancer that attacks the nervous system.
Autumn says she's never met or talked to Taylor or her family, but saw a YouTube video put together to raise money for her. She thought she could help too. So she put together a Facebook page called "Autumns Bakery" and got to work.
"We found out about the website and we wanted to find a way to give money," Autumn said. "It's fun and we're doing it for a good cause."
Autumns mom says she came up with the idea with a friend and has even got other friends to start thinking about how they can help too.
Autumn says that she's just glad to be able to help someone else, doing something that she loves.
