Six-year-old girl grazed by bullet in home overnight
YAKIMA, Wash. -- Police are looking for the people who shot at a house overnight injuring a six-year-old girl. Police say the girl was grazed by a bullet in the neck. She was not seriously injured. Police say the house was targeted around 11:00 o'clock Thursday night on the 200 block of North Ninth Street in Yakima. Police say witnesses told them gunfire sprayed the back of the house. Police say that was when one of the bullets went through the house and grazed the girl's neck. Medical personnel treated the girl on the scene and did not bring her to the hospital. Police say at least two of the bullets fired at the home entered the living room area. Several other people were home, but police say no one else was injured.
