PASCO, Wash. -- The Tri-City Dust Devils honored the founder of their booster club. Thursday the team renamed the club house in memory of the late Dave Lemak. He was affectionately known as Dust Devil Dave. He died this June of cancer.

The team wanted to pay tribute to the man who made such an amazing impact on the local sports community. Dust Devils General Manager Derrel Ebert said, "It just immediately struck me as a perfect place to put his name here at Gesa Stadium. We knew we wanted to do something, and here was so instrumental in founding that group that takes care of our players." Manager Freddie Ocasio added, "He loved the game of baseball and that's all he wanted to talk about was baseball. One thing he always paid attention to was player that came through here."
