RICHLAND, Wash., - After two and half years of vacancy, the former Circuit City building in Richland finally has a tenant.
Mor Furniture, a nationwide chain, purchased the 30,000 square foot space along Tapteal Road.
The deal was finalized in early August and they plan to move in within 90 days.
Commercial broker James Wade said the location for the company is ideal.
"Commercial property is driven by a lot of things but traffic is the biggest," said Wade. "So the traffic count in this area is great, the proximity to the highway is great; the tri-cities is blessed with an extraordinary highway system."
Wade says the lack of national tenants is why the building took so long to sell.
