YAKIMA, Wash.-- Many spent their last Sunday of summer looking at cars in Yakima.
The Sun Country Mustang Club held their 20th annual Ponies in the Sun at Sarg Hubbard Park Sunday. With almost 130 cars, there was something for everyone. Organizers say it's a great way to show great cars to the community, and have fun while they do it.
"Mainly it's just people that love cars and people that want to come out and see them We really got a good feedback," said David Mitts, the event organizer.
The show is also raising money to benefit two local organizations, Children's Wishes and Dreams and Camp Primetime.
Mitts says they usually raise around a $1,000 for each organization.
