PASCO, WA- A man accused of murder says he wants new attorneys.
Pasco police arrested Gregorio Luna Luna a year ago last May for the stabbing death of his girlfriend.
Prosecutors say the two had been arguing over their young son.
Luna Luna has written a letter to Franklin County Superior Court Judge Robert Swisher, saying he wants his public defenders replaced.
Judge Swisher says he'll address Luna Luna's request after a hearing in November when Swisher will rule whether Luna Luna is mentally competent to stand trial.
Psychiatrists at Eastern State Hospital last month determined Luna Luna competent.
