ELLENSBURG, Wash. -- Ellensburg sits at 3-1 and is tied with Prosser at 3-0 in the CWAC 2A. Ellensburg's quarterback is junior Matt Bennett, the son of Central Washington head coach Blaine Bennett. Matt's offensive line is young, but the players are learning a lot from the veteran defensive line in practice.

"They've come a long way. First couple of weeks we kind of had a rocky start. Even though we ran the ball well, we had a couple of missed assignments. But our O line's been growing up every week," Bennett said.

"The offensive line started out a bit rocky and we made a lot of mistakes, but since we're putting the defensive line, the number one defensive line up against them all the time. They're getting better because they're seeing better people and they're picking up little secrets they know," added Mac Mitchell, senior tight end and defensive tackle. Watch the Bulldogs visit the Mustangs Saturday night live on SWX.
