Three Yakima Officers suspended

YAKIMA, Wash. -- Three Yakima Police Officers have been suspended for different reasons.

The Yakima City Manager, Don Cooper says officers Chad Urwin and Ryan Urlacher admitted to using a city credit card to pay for food and alcohol. It is against policy to buy alcohol with city funds. They were suspended for one week without pay, and also have to reimburse the city.

In a separate incident, officer Gary Garza was suspended for a month without pay for including incomplete, inaccurate and possibly false information in a search warrant affidavit. Garza admitted his work was "sloppy".
