KENNEWICK, WA- Election workers Wednesday mailed out the ballots for next month's general election.
Voters will decide city council seats, school board members, port commissioners, hospital and fire district positions.
In Franklin County, voters will decide whether to raise their sales tax by three tenths of one percent to expand the county jail.
Five statewide measures round-off the ballot, including the initiative to privatize liquor sales in Washington state.
Ballots must be returned to the county auditor on or before Tuesday November 8th.
