KENNEWICK, Wash. -- 21 Year old Lucas Anthony Miller was supposed to have his omnibus hearing but it got pushed back two weeks., per request of his attorney Gary Metro.

Miller was arrested on October 5th , accused of sexually assaulting a toddler at the Kids World Daycare in Richland, while he worked there from April to August of 2011.
The daycare fired Miller in September after a two year old complained to his parents about alleged abuse.
The probable cause document filed at the Benton County Superior Court on October 10th, reveals Miller admitted to sexually abusing four children at the day care , three boys and one girl.
Richland police say miller also worked at Children's Garden Montessori Preschool and was a life guard at the Tri-City Court Club in Kennewick.
Miller pled not guilty to one count of first degree child rape. His trial is set for November 28th.
