If your child goes missing Subway has a good tool to have on hand
YAKIMA, Wash- Kids at Apple Valley Elementary in West Valley are excited about trick-or -treating on Monday. However, Yakima police want them to keep safety in mind. While the goal is for kids not to go missing in the first place, they also with subway are promoting the "ChildPrint ID" tool to help recover missing children.
The ChildPrint ID kits lets you create an extensive record of your child including physical description, then getting more detailed with a picture, fingerprints, dental records, and a DNA sample. Everything that's needed is included in the kit.
"It has everything contained in that kit for authorities to issue an amber alert in case something were to happen, or a child were to go missing",
The kit takes about a hour to complete, and the idea is to keep it on hand in case something happens to your child. You can get it free at any local subway while supplies last.
