Yakima production company looking for local actors for TV show
YAKIMA, Wash.-- Jh Productions in Yakima put out a casting call for their new TV series "Apocrypha".
It will be a suspense-thriller like "Lost" and "Heroes" shot in Yakima. It will focus on seven people with powers and the mysteries surrounding them. The show begins its main shoot in February, but the company is casting 4 male roles now for a shoot in December. Show runner Josh Hodgins encourages everyone to try out.
"It doesn't matter if you have experience or not to come down. We'd prefer if you can bring a headshot and resume, but it's not required... you know, come down and just be ready to read some sides and show us what you got," says Hodgins.
Auditions are next Monday and Tuesday from ten AM to seven PM at the Gateway Assembly of God at 3412 South First Street in Union Gap. Hodgins says they'll have a wider variety of roles available in January.
