Teenager faces first degree murder charges for Grandview shooting

YAKIMA, Wash- A teenager facing first-degree murder charges made a first appearance in court today.  A judge set bail at one million dollars for 19-year-old Alejandro Martinez.  He's accused of shooting 18-year-old Mariano Cuevas Saturday night on east Second Street in Grandview.  Police say the two had been involved in a conflict over the last two months.  They say the victim was a gang member but Martinez isn't, so they don't believe it was gang related.
