Forward Jesse Mychan fitting right in with the Tri-City Americans
KENNEWICK, Wash. -- On January 7th, the Tri-City Americans acquired forward Jesse Mychan from Everett. Since then, Mychan has fit right in.
In five games for Tri-City, Mychan has already scored three goals. In 26 games for Everett before the trade, the 19-year-old had only scored three times. Mychan says coming from a last place team to a first place team has made a world of difference.
"I love it so far I mean coming from Everett I mean it's a completely different atmosphere. It's a great group of guys in the dressing room, and I just love it. We're winning, and we have a great fan base. I couldn't be much happier," Mychan said.
"The first couple of weeks are always the weirdest because you know you're in a new environment, new billets, new guys, new dressing room, new ring stuff like that. I think though he's adjusting well," said Derek Ryckman, who was acquired from Lethbridge in October.
