PASCO, Wash. - A judge has set bail at $500,000 for the Franklin County Public Works employee accused of stealing money from the department. In court this afternoon the amount of money missing was revealed to be around $1 million. The judge said 64 year old Dennis Huston is a flight risk, he hasn't officially been charged yet but could face money laundering, theft and possession of controlled substance charges.
