YAKIMA, Wash. -- Investigators continue to look into what caused a fire at an abandoned house in Yakima.
Crews arrived to 8th and "D" Streets at around 5 a.m. Thursday morning.
Firefighters say there was about $70,000 in damage.
No one was hurt.
Deputy Fire Marshal Brandon Dorenbush says crews faced some obstacles with this particular call. "It was a difficult and different fire for them to fight," Dorenbush said. "And because of the boards on the windows and the lack of access and several different other things that attributed to the fire spread."
Anyone with information should call the Yakima fire investigators at 575-6060.
