Shooting suspect arrested

KENNEWICK, Wash.--A man is in custody tonight after Kennewick Police say he was being shot at.  Kennewick Police say 31-year-old Elio David Carcamo-Lopez called police around 3:30pm today saying a man had been shooting at him at his home on the 200 block of North Yost Street in Kennewick.  Police say 53-year-old James Kammeyer had showed up at the victim's home, threatened him, then went to his truck and pulled out a rifle.  He then started shooting.  Carcamo-Lopez ran to a neighbor's house.  Kammeyer followed the victim and the two wrestled for the rifle.  Kammeyer gave up and took the gun to his truck.  Police then arrived and found the loaded gun in Kammeyer's truck.  Kammeyer was then booked into the Benton County said for first degree assault.
