PROSSER, Wash. - The City of Prosser says they messed up when recently updating Utility Billing Statements.
As part of the update, changes were made to the monthly billing statement that would alert customers to past due balances. Unfortunately, during the printing, an error caused the "past due alert" to be printed on all of the billing statements sent to customers.
