ELLENSBURG, Wash. - Carl's Jr. will be opening their doors in Ellensburg, next week.
The new restaurant is located on South Opportunity Street, across from the Road House Grill.
Local franchise owner Paul Jones says the restaurant will officially open at 6 a.m. on Tuesday.
This is the first Carl's Jr. in the area for the 1,300 burger chain.
"My wife and I , have been working towards this goal for about 14 to 15 years now," Jones explained. "So been in fast for over 17 years, and very, very excited. Just praise God that we're finally here."
The 34-year-old owner say he's planning to open a second restaurant in Yakima.
Jones says the first 75 guests at the Ellensburg Carl's Jr. on March 13th, will each get free food for a whole year.
There are approximately 60 people employed at the new restaurant.
