Chiropractor's license suspended due to sexual misconduct
BENTON CO.- The Department of Health and the Chiropractic Quality Assurance Commission have suspended the license of Benton County chiropractor Russell Tagg. His license was suspended due to sexual contact with a female patient.
The patient's treatments lasted from March 2011 until September 2011. Each treatment became more inappropriate over time. Tagg cannot practice in the state until the charges are resolved.
He has 20 days to respond to the charges and to ask for a hearing.
