RICHLAND, Wash. -- Tuesday, Richland High School celebrated its student-athletes who will play in college. They play everything from volleyball to golf. The Bombers will stay as close as Columbia Basin and go as far as the University of Illinois. They were happy to share the special moment with each other.

"It's fun just to see so much growth and success with your friends and it's awesome. And it'll be fun to keep up with them throughout the years and see how well they're doing and hopefully see some guys on TV and be like I know him or whatnot," said Connor Egbert, who will play football at Dixie State University.

"It's just awesome because we've all been together for four years and it's just cool because we're all going to different places and it'll be a fun experience," said Kristin Strankman, who will play golf at the University of Idaho.
