Here is the recipe for Fruit Pizza! It's a great dessert to bring to any summer event, especially a barbecue. 3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened 1/2 cup confectioners' (powdered) sugar 1 and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 package (10 ounces) vanilla chips, melted and cooled 1/4 cup whipping cream (I use half and half) 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced (fruit amounts approximate) 1 cup fresh blueberries 1 cup fresh raspberries
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and confectioners' sugar. Beat in flour (mixture will be crumbly). Pat into the bottom of a greased 12 inch pizza pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 25-28 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. In another mixing bowl, beat melted chips and cream. Add cream cheese and beat until smooth. Spread over crust. Chill for 30 minutes. Arrange berries over filling. Chill 1 hour before serving. Store in refrigerator.
