RENTON, Wash.- Police are looking for a car that could lead them to an arsonist and possibly a killer.
Firefighters putting out a fire Friday morning at a Renton home found the body of a teenage girl inside. Deputy Chief Erik Wallgren says she was the only person in the house.
A police spokesman says the fire appears to be arson, and the death is suspicious because of injuries to the 17-year-old girl. She was a student at Lindbergh High School.
Police are looking for a car that may be associated with the crime, a 2001 green Mazda Protege, license 077-YRD.
