LOVELAND, Colo. -- Newly acquired kicker Brady Beeson connected on four field goals, including a game winner in overtime, to give the Tri-Cities Fever (11-2) a 52 to 49 win on the road over the Colorado Ice (8-5).

The Fever trailed 32 to 29 at halftime. With about five minutes left in the fourth quarter, Fever running back Dennis Kennedy scored his only rushing touchdown of the game, to put the Fever ahead 49 to 42 after Beeson's extra point. The Ice tied it up with under two minutes to play on a Jeremy Sanders touchdown pass to Mark Henderson.

Fever quarterback Houston Lillard had another big day, completing 21 of 36 passes for 266 yards and five touchdowns.

The Fever has already wrapped up the number one seed in the Intense Conference once the playoffs start. The Fever will play its final regular season game next Saturday at home against the Wyoming Calvary.
