UNION GAP, Wash.-- The city of Union Gap will hold its annual Old Town Days celebration this weekend.
It's a fair that commemorates Union Gap's status as one of the first cities in Washington State. It starts tonight in the Sears parking lot and continues tomorrow and Sunday on Main Street. Activities include quad racing, live music, and a parade. Organizers hope moving out into the street will attract more people.
"I'm excited, we think that we're gonna have a great crowd, it's great weather coming up this weekend. So come on out have a good time with us," says Organizer Scott Steinloski.
The fair will start tonight in the sears parking lot, and on Saturday and Sunday, it will close off Main Street from Old Town Road to Valley Mall Boulevard.
The parade starts at 10 Saturday morning and goes up Main Street from the Pepp'rmint Stick Drive-In to 2nd Street.
