PASCO, Wash. (AP) - About 100 workers will lose their jobs this summer when Parsons Technology closes the doors of its metal fabrication plant in Pasco.

The company notified the state Wednesday of the layoff plans.

The business at the Port of Pasco made one-of-a-kind metal components such as tools, pumps and small tanks for the Hanford nuclear reservation.
