KENNEWICK, Wash. - On Monday, July 23rd, the Skin Cancer Foundation's Road to Health Skin Tour is stopping in Kennewick to offer free full body skin cancer screenings to the public.

Dr. Francesco D'Alessandro, (MD) Dr. Sidney B. Smith, (MD) and Dr. Jeffrey C. Stiles (MD) have donated their time and services to the foundation and are conducting the screenings.

The foundation says skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the US, with more than 3.5 million cases diagnosed annually. Workers with the foundation also say skin cancer is one of the most preventable and curable forms of cancer if it is detected early.

The customized RV where the screenings are held will be parked outside the Rite Aid at 1901 N. Steptoe Street in Kennewick.

Screenings will be free to the public, and held Monday, July 23, 2012, from 10 AM to 4 PM.
