RICHLAND, Wash. -- CREHST Museum dedicated a new, highly anticipated mural today.
17 year-old eagle scout Collin Horner was the primary artist for the mural. Horner jumped at the chance when museum representatives contacted him last summer. The mural is divided into four sections representing four different time periods in the region. Horner says he hopes the mural reminds people of past eras.
"But I connected the river and the mountains through all of them, because those have been here through the whole thing. So it can kinda be like, they've been here forever even though the area might have changed," said Horner.
The mural is the second time CREHST Museum has partnered with the Eagle Scouts for museum displays.
