Meet a Best selling Author in Kennewick Today

Kennewick, Wash. - Author Matt Bondurant will appear at Mid-Columbia Libraries' Kennewick Branch today. Bondurant authored the bestseller "The Wettest County in the World," which tells the tale of his infamous ancestors, three brothers at the center of a notorious moonshine conspiracy during Prohibition. The book is also the bases for the upcoming motion picture "Lawless."

The library gave away several hundred copies of "The Wettest Country in the World" as part of Mid-Columbia Libraries' annual summer reading program. You can sign your child up at: www.midcolumbialibraries.org/srp2012
