Daycare child rape sentencing pushed back for Lucas Miller
KENNEWICK, Wash. -- Sentencing for a former Richland daycare employee who raped a child has been pushed back. Lucas Miller's attorney asked Judge Robert Swisher to push back sentencing to Monday afternoon.
Miller pleaded guilty to first degree rape of a child back on May 24th. Prosecutors say he confessed to inappropriately touching four children at the *Kid's World Daycare* in Richland.
Police arrested Miller in October after a toddler complained to his parents about the abuse.
