Employees at massage businesses arrested

KENNEWICK, Wash.

Several employees at a pair of massage businesses in Kennewick face charges after police say they sexually assaulted customers.

One male and 4 female masseuses were arrested Tuesday. A female customer told police she was inappropriately touched in a sexual manner by a female masseuse at China Sun Massage.

Police sent undercover customers into both locations, on West Grandridge and West Kennewick Avenue, and those customers were also assaulted in a similar manner.

All the suspects claim to be from China, but police say there's no evidence at this time of any immigration issues.

"Custom enforcement is involved in the case. However, it appears that they are here legally and they have been able to document their entry into the country. So ICE is following up on some of those things they need to deal with, but that's really out of our realm," said Kennewick Police Office Mike Blatman.

All 5 China Sun employees were operating without a massage license.
