Pasco Drive-By Shooting Update

PASCO, Wash. -- Pasco Police have arrested three individuals in connection with the drive-by-shooting which occurred on August 30, 2012.

 Police have arrested two sixteen year old Pasco youths for attempted murder and drive by shooting. The third individual is 19 year old Juan Vargas of Pasco, who was arrested out of his residence earlier this morning. He is being booked into the Franklin County Corrections Center for attempted murder and drive by shooting assaults. 


The Tri-Cities regional SWAT Team was utilized to execute search warrants in the 900 Block of North Elm Street, assisting with taking suspect(s) into police custody. At this hour detectives are searching residences for further evidence concerning this incident.
