Outdoorsman Expo

Posted: Updated:

PASCO, Wash.-- Around five thousand people visited the Outdoorsman Expo at the TRAC in Pasco this weekend.

The event featured vendors selling all types of outdoor goods. Most of them focused on fall sports and the upcoming fall hunting season.

Vendors say this area is a good place to show their products because of the large group of people here that are active in the outdoors and the fact that they know what they want.

"Eastern Washington and Eastern Oregon customers are top value. They know what they want. They come in and they buy. You might have a bunch of people walking by but you get one guy that comes in and knows exactly what's going on and he'll do some shopping," says Mike Hyneman, expo vendor.

This is the second year of the Outdoorsman Expo. And it's not all just products, the expo also offers seminars and hands on displays.
