SPOKANE, Wash. - A teenage driver was arrested Monday morning after crashing his vehicle at Alberta and Everett near the Shadle Center. Authorities tell KHQ's Don Clossin, who was the first on the scene, that the teen was heading westbound on Everett when he failed to stop at a stop sign and was t-boned by another vehicle.

The teen's vehicle flipped hitting a parked car. Authorities then say the teen tried to flee the scene but was caught by neighbors. The teenager is facing multiple charges including Driving Under The Influence.
