RICHLAND, Wash. - A Richland man was arrested Tuesday after an anonymous caller reported he had fired a gun at Columbia Point Marina Park.
It happened just after 6:00 a.m. Police found 20-year-old Bryan Aho, matching the caller's description, sitting in the front seat of a car.
"He had taken the .22 pistol and discharged it through the windshield of one of the vehicles down there in an attempt to break into it and steal things," said Captain Mike Cobb. "So that was his method of entry."'
Aho was charged with assaulting an officer, had had spit on one of them. He was also charged with felon being in possession of a firearm and possession of a paraphernalia, a marijuana pipe. Aho has multiple felonies on his record. As a student, he was also charged for having a gun at Richland High School.
