Hermiston woman charged with providing alcohol to minors

HERMISTON, Ore. -- A Hermiston woman has been charged with providing alcohol to minors during a party earlier this month. 

On October 15th 2012, the Hermiston Police Department was advised of a possible underage alcohol consumption party having taken place in Hermiston on the night of October 5th.  The party was reported to have included several students involved in sports from the Umatilla High School.

The Hermiston Police Department began an investigation into the matter on October 16th and after having interviewed numerous students between the ages of 14 and 18, concluded the investigation on October 20th with the arrest of 38-year-old Crystal J. Wright.

Wright was processed at the Hermiston Police Department and later lodged at the Umatilla County Jail in Pendleton on 7 counts of Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor.
