"Kadlec 4 Kidsathon" is still asking for donations

RICHLAND, Wash. - The "Kadlec 4 Kidsathon" is still going on and DJs and volunteers are still asking for donations.

The D-J's on 94.9 The Wolf and with the help from Power 99.1 and The Eagle 106.5 will be broadcasting live from a tent in front of the Kadlec Regional Medical Center. The money raised will go to the Kadlec Foundation and the expansion of Neonatal Center.

The Director of Community Relations, Jim Hall, said that over the past four years this event has raised more than $300,000.

"The money from the "Kadlec 4 Kidsathon," goes to an effort to build a new neonatal intensive care unit here in Kadlec. We currently had one for 30 years. But, it is bursting at the seems literally," Hall said. 

To make a donation, call 942-2039 or drop by the tent to make a personal donation and no amount is too small. 

The "Kadlec 4 Kidsathon," will end tonight at 6 p.m.
