TACOMA, Wash. Tacoma police have found a missing teenage girl. Officers say Briana Troyer, 16, is okay.
Police say officers received tips that led them to a house Wednesday morning where the girl and Terrence Powell, a level one sex offender, were asleep.
Witnesses saw the two leave a bowling alley Tuesday.
Police say the girl, a special needs student, will be returned to her family. Her father is Pierce County sheriff's spokesman Ed Troyer.
Officers say they haven't determined yet if Powell did anything wrong.
