Union Gap Mayor gets No Trespass order

UNION GAP, Wash. - Union Gap City Administrator Chris Jensen said Mayor Jim Lemon has been served a No Trespass order to all city facilities except the police station and Ahtanum Youth Park.

Jensen said the notice was a precautionary measure after an incident occurred yesterday afternoon between the mayor and a city employee.

There is also an ongoing criminal investigation. Jensen would not give further details about what happened.
