COLLEGE PLACE, Wash. - A College Place man faces multiple felony charges, accused of distributing child pornography.

Walla Walla Police said they arrested 57-year-old David Polk Thursday morning for five counts of distributing child porn and 4 counts of possessing child porn.

The College Place Police Department and the Computer Forensics Detective of the Walla Walla Police Department began investigating Polk after hearing that he had digital photos of nude teen girls, ages 14-17, and was distributing them electronically. Police made the arrest after 6 months of investigating.

During the investigation, police said they got a search warrant and seized multiple storage devices from Polk's home where they found thousands of digital images.

Officers said Polk is one of the moderators of the Facebook site Walla Walla Sweet Onion Burger.
