MOOSE JAW, SK -- The Spokane Chiefs saw their 6 game winning streak come to an end Saturday night in Moose Jaw, as the Warriors Morgan Reilly scored a third period goal to snap a 3-3 tie and give Moose Jaw a 4-3 win over Spokane. The Chiefs finished their Eastern Division road trip with a franchise best 5-1 mark as they remained in second place in the U.S. Division.

Spokane's Carter Proft notched his 4th goal of the season on assists from Riley Whittingham and Tyson Predinchuk just 3:41 into the game to give the Chiefs a 1-0 lead. Mitch Holmberg would score his 3rd goal in the last 2 games with his 19th of the year at 7:16 of the first from Dylan Walchuk to make it 2-0 Spokane after the first period. The Chiefs outshot the Warriors 10-4 in the period.

Moose Jaw would score three goals in the first 8:21 of the second period to take the lead 3-2. Spokane would answer back after killing off the Warriors second power play of the stanza, as Reid Gow scored nine seconds after the kill at 18:19 of the second from Collin Valcourt and Blake Gal to tie the game at three entering the third period.

Spokane would outshoot Moose Jaw 11-3 in the third, but Reilly notched the game winner at 7:15 of the period to snap the Chiefs longest win streak of the season. Spokane outshot Moose Jaw 32-19 in the game and went a perfect 4-4 on the penalty kill. The Chiefs will return home to play the final three games before the Christmas break, beginning with the Seattle Thunderbirds Friday night at 7:05pm.
