RICHLAND, Wash. - Richland Police have lifted the lock down on Richland High School from Monday morning.
The Richland School District says police heard reports of a man trying to commit suicide at the corner of Swift Blvd. and Stevens Drive around 7:45 AM. Police put the school on lock down until the man left the area.
School district representatives say within the hour, police reported the man seen in the Richland Y area, and lifted the lock down.
