Washington State Penitentiary on Lockdown After Assault

WALLA WALLA, Wash. - The Washington State Penitentiary in Walla Walla has put four units on lockdown after three correctional officers were injured during a fight with several inmates.

A spokeswoman says the officers were taken to a local hospital but did not suffer any major injuries.

No inmates were seriously injured.
