UPDATE:
TOPPENISH, Wash. - The Washington State Patrol has not said if a driver will face charges after she lost control and caused a fatal crash Wednesday night.
Troopers said 44-year-old Colleen Slockish from White Swan had been driving in icy conditions on Fort Road near Wapato when she slid into oncoming traffic.
Troopers say a passenger in her car, 64-year-old Joyce Kelly, died on the scene.
Paramedics brought the driver and four other people to Yakima Regional Hospital.

TOPPENISH, Wash. - Washington State Patrol are investigating a multiple car accident that left one dead a little after 5PM.
Troopers say the accident happened on Fort Road just 15 miles west of Toppenish. They say they do not know how many were hurt but everyone was transported to area hospitals.
Troopers are warning people that the roads are icy so be careful if you are driving in that area.
