A neighbor told police the car's information and description, which officers spotted and started following shortly after.

Police say they tried to pull over the car, but the driver took off and lead officers in a chase, reaching speeds up to 90 MPH.

When the chase reached Toppenish, police say car crashed into a building, and four people inside ran off.  The car caught fire in the crash, but police extinguished it.

Officers found and arrested 21-year-old Hugo Yepez-Pozos, and three boys under the age of 18.

Police recovered the stolen items in the car taken from the burglary, although some were damaged in the collision and fire.
