Yakima, WASH.--While the holidays are said to be the "most wonderful time of the year," it can also be stressful.
Comprehensive Mental Health in Yakima wants everyone to know that they are here to help. They have a 24-hour crisis emergency line. You can either talk to a professional on the phone or get a personal visit.
The Vice President, Paul Nagle-McNaughton, said the crisis line gets all sorts of calls.
"A parent who's wondering about is my son or daughter depressed and should I talk to someone about that," said Nagle-McNaughton. "Through I've got a family member or neighbor who's threatening to harm themselves, and what do I do about that."
Comprehensive crisis services extend to anyone living in Yakima, Kittitas or Klickitat counties.
