Kadlec Medical Center Welcomed Six Babies on Christmas

Posted: Updated:

KENNEWICK, Wash. - Santa may have delivered presents, but that's not all that was delivered on Christmas Day. Kadlec Regional Medical Center welcomed six Christmas babies to the world.

And for first time parents Janel Miles and her husband say their new baby boy, Maxton Miles, was truly a Christmas gift.

Miles' c-section was planned for 37 weeks out and that date just happened to fall on Christmas day, a day the Miles family will never forget.

"We were excited, we'll always remember his birthday. It's the best Christmas present I could have ever asked for," Janel said.

Kadlec wasn't the only one with Christmas day babies. Lourdes Medical Center in Pasco delivered three and Kennewick General Hospital welcomed two into the world.
